Session policies

Please read these before your first session.

• Your booking is tentative until paymentPallavi, our relationship manager, will reach out to confirm your appointment and take the payment. Your slot is confirmed only once payment is received.
• Fees₹2,500 per person per hour, in person or online (couples: ₹5,000 per hour). A one-time ₹500 registration fee applies to your very first session. The fee shown on Practo is also per person, per hour.
• PaymentCash or UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm and others). Debit and credit cards are not accepted.
• Meeting Dr. Jayaprada for the first time?Please fill in the short pre-counselling form before your session. Open the pre-counselling form.
• What to expectThe first few sessions are about getting to know you: building trust and understanding your situation. Please don’t expect instant solutions in the first sessions.
• Please be on timeSessions start and end at the scheduled time. If a session starts late because of a delay on your side, the lost time may not be made up.
• CancellingIf you can’t make it, please let us know at least one day before your session.
• RefundsFees are non-refundable.
• WhatsApp is for scheduling onlyWhatsApp messages are not a mode of counselling. Please bring what’s on your mind to your session.
• No documentationSession notes, reports, analyses and other documents are not shared.
