Who we are
This website is run by Dr. Jayaprada Suresh, Counselling Psychologist, Dr. Jayaprada's, #369, 1st floor, 16th Main Road, 4th 'T' Block, Jayanagar, Bangalore 560041. For any privacy question, write to drjayapradasuresh@gmail.com.
What we collect
When you book a session: the name, gender and date of birth of the person attending, your WhatsApp number and email address, the type of session, where and when you want to meet, and, for couples sessions, your partner’s name, gender and date of birth (and their phone and email if you give them).
To protect the booking form from abuse, we also record a one-way scrambled form of your internet address (it cannot be turned back into the address) and use Cloudflare Turnstile, a privacy-friendly check that you are not a bot.
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits. It uses no cookies and does not identify you.
Why we collect it
Only to arrange, confirm and manage your sessions: to contact you on WhatsApp and email, to collect payment, and to keep the practice’s appointment records. We never sell your information or use it for advertising.
Who can see it
Dr. Jayaprada, Pallavi (our relationship manager) and the person who maintains this website. Your details are stored with Cloudflare, which hosts this website, and booking emails are sent through Google (Gmail). Both act only on our instructions.
The pre-counselling form is a Google Form, and Google’s privacy policy applies to what you enter there.
Children
For anyone under 18, a parent or guardian makes the booking and gives consent, and our emails and messages go to the parent or guardian.
How long we keep it
We keep booking details for as long as we need them to provide your sessions and keep the practice’s records. You can ask us to delete them at any time, unless the law requires us to keep them.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, have it deleted, or withdraw your consent, by writing to drjayapradasuresh@gmail.com. If you are unhappy with how we handled your request, you may also contact the Data Protection Board of India.
